VooDoo Innovations is known for enhanced pistol barrels, slides, coatings and other premium parts, has released its first complete direct impingement firearms. Thanks to their relationship with Adams Arms, they are now bringing out two new AR-15 rifles, the Witch Doctor and the Dark Moon, both chambered in 5.56 NATO.

“VooDoo Innovations grew out of a desire to improve upon existing platforms,” said VooDoo Innovations Vice President of Sales and Marketing Michael Halleron. “Having a history of manufacturing parts, we decided it is time to go back to the source and begin making firearms based on our knowledge of what it takes to deliver guns people want. This way we can ensure they run the way we expect, off the shelf, and at a price that makes sense. The Witch Doctor and The Dark Moon do just that.”

The VooDoo Innovations’ Witch Doctor is designed to meet the discerning expectations of the everyday shooter. The upper and lower of the rifle are both forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and are Type III Class II hard-coated anodized for durability and longevity. The rifle is chambered in 5.565 NATO and comes with a standard mil-spec trigger and a 16-inch Parkerized M4 barrel with a 1:7-inch twist, capped with an A2 flash hider. The ergonomic free-float M-Lok fore-end allows you to easily customize your gun with a wide variety of accessories. The complete rifle weighs just 6 pounds, 4 ounces, making it the perfect prescription for reliable performance and everyday use.

The Dark Moon is also chambered in 5.56 NATO and is built for excellent functionality and lasting performance. The Dark Moon has a 1913 Picatinny rail that runs the length of the fore-end, allowing for maximum flexibility for mounting optics and accessories.
