Practicing at the range is one thing. Training to prevail in a life-or-death struggle is another thing entirely. One tactic that distinguishes the two is the use of cover; specifically getting to and properly using cover. Sheriff Jim Wilson and Richard Mann run through some drills incorporating cover into a training regimen at Gunsite Academy.
