The new Premier Series Long Range rifle from Bergara is all-new for 2017 and is built to be a precision platform perfect for tactical and competition use.
The Long Range is built using a carbon-fiber stock that features a full-length mini chassis that is embedded into the stock for repeatable stock bedding that supports a full free-float barrel, which contributes to the gun's high accuracy potential. The stock also features an adjustable cheek riser that allows shooters to raise the comb to meet the mounting height of any optic. In addition, the stock uses adjustable length-of-pull spacers for added customization.
Other features of the rifle include a Picatinny-rail scope mount that features 20 MOA of elevation built into the rail for added reach and adjustment range. The stock also features integral quick-detach flush-cup mounts. The barrel itself is threaded for suppression with a 5/8x24 TPI threaded muzzle.
The rifle feeds from an AICS detachable magazine. The gun ships with a single five-round Magpul magazine, but the gun will take any AICS-pattern magazine on the market. The Long Range is also equipped with a Timney 517 Flat trigger for added precision, as well as a No. 5 barrel taper.
