Naroh Arms released its new N1 subcompact pistol in mid-2019, bringing consumers yet another option in the crowded and growing market of small concealed-carry guns. However, though the Naroh Arms N1 is sized similarly to other compact carry guns on the market, this model brings a few innovative elements to the game.

Instead of using an all-polymer frame like so many of today's concealed-carry guns, the Naroh Arms uses an internal receiver machined from 7075 aluminum that features full-length slide rails. The receiver is finished with a durable, hard-coat anodized finish and uses glass-reinforced polymer grips that can be replaced and customized by a gunsmith. There's also an integrated M1913 Picatinny rail on the forward part of the polymer grip frame.

Inside the Naroh Arms N1, consumers will find that all the internal components are coated with a corrosion- and wear-resistant finish that extends the service life of the pistol. Each gun is equipped with a double-action-only trigger system that features an internal drop safety. Unlike many of today's popular concealed-carry guns, the N1 requires no trigger pull for disassembly. Each pistol features an overall length of 6.1 inches, a barrel measuring 3.125 inches long and an unloaded weight of 16 ounces. Each pistol ships with two 7-round magazines, one with a flush-fit floorplate and one with a grip extension.

On the Naroh Arms N1 slide, there are serrations at the front and rear, and the gun is equipped with standard three-dot night sights from the factory. However, all Glock G43 aftermarket sights are compatible with the N1 slide. Two finish options are available in the N1 lineup, one with a black-nitride treated slide and barrel and the other with a stainless-steel slide. Both options will feature a black polymer grip frame, as well as Naroh's signature red trigger. The suggested retail price on the Naroh Arms N1 starts at $399.
