Ruger is celebrating it’s 75th Anniversary with commemorative edition Mark IV Target pistol. This unique-looking gun is chambered in .22LR and has a laser engraved logo on receiver and back of bolt. The pistol comes packaged in a throwback-styled, 75th Anniversary printed box and includes a 75th Anniversary decal.

The Mark IV is an improvement on the previous Ruger .22LR semiautomatic designs and includes a simple, one-button takedown for easy field-stripping and proper chamber-to-muzzle cleaning. It has a one-piece, precision CNC-machined grip frame and a cold hammer-forged heavy tapered target barrel with precision rifling that provides exceptional accuracy and long barrel life. The smoothly contoured, comfortable grip features a natural pointing grip angle with replaceable grip panels for a non-slip hold, while the internal cylindrical bolt construction ensures permanent sight-to-barrel alignment and higher accuracy potential than conventional moving-slide designs.

The sighting system features adjustable rear sight with fixed undercut patridge front sight and a drilled and tapped receiver for Weaver- or Picatinny-style rail for easy mounting of optics, and there is an ambidextrous manual safety that can be converted to left-side only with an included washer. The Mark IV has a magazine disconnect that prevents discharge when the magazine has been removed, and the pistol ships with two 10-round .22LR magazines.
