MKS Supply, the exclusive distributor of Hi-Point Firearms, is launching the new Hi-Point YC9 9mm handgun. The Hi-Point YC9, which stands for "Yeet Cannon," was named by the supporters of Hi-Point Firearms during an online contest.

"As a brand committed to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are delighted to introduce the Hi-Point YC9 9mm Handgun," said Kara Boesenberg, Executive Vice President for MKS Supply. "This firearm incorporates many extra features. Our goal is to set a new standard of understanding when it comes to affordable firearms. Furthermore, we believe in providing handguns for any American who wishes to protect their family, despite their income level. We are confident that the YC9 will exceed the expectations of both our loyal customers and firearm enthusiasts worldwide."

The YC9 takes its place as Hi-Point’s top-tier 9 mm handgun and is equipped with 1/2-28 threads on the 4.12 inch barrel length that allows users to attach suppressors, compensators, and other muzzle devices to the pistol. In addition to this, the slide is cut to accept red dots that use the Shield RMSc footprint. Other features include a Glock-style replaceable front sight, new stylized grips, a reversible backstrap for a more customized fit, a new styled slide for a better look and a new proprietary double stack magazine.

The YC9 features a precision-crafted barrel with a 1:3-inch, left-handed twist, optimizing bullet stabilization and enhancing accuracy. The pistol boasts a magazine capacity of 10 rounds and is +P rated so the user can shoot both FMJ ammo as well as self-defense ammunition.
The new YC9 comes with “YEET CANNON" boldly engraved on the all-black slide and is available with and without a threaded barrel.
