XS Sights is now offering Smith & Wesson and Ruger revolver shooters new “pre-drilled” front and rear sight sets to upgrade the standard factory sights that came on their guns originally, without the need of expensive or complicated trips to the gunsmiths for extra adjustment.
These DIY sights are designed so that shooters can easily swap sights out at home with basic tools on their workbench or kitchen table. XS Sights latest batch of pre-drilled revolver sights are modeled after other defensive carry night sights such as the XS Sights Minimalist series. This means that shooters can now enjoy a pair of sights with a serrated, wider and more-modern rear “minimalist” sight notch in conjunction with XS Sights’s famous dual-illuminated front sights compared to the older square notch and ramp front sights found on many other revolvers. Just like the defensive sights XS Sights makes for modern semi-automatic pistols, the new pre-drilled XS Revolver front sights include a bright photoluminescent coating in either green or orange. There is also a green tritium vial in the middle of the front sight for low light shooting.
These new upgraded pre-drilled revolver sights are available as complete front and rear sight sets, but shooters also have the option of purchasing the front sight only too.
“Many gun owners today are seeking high-quality, top performance DIY upgrades for their firearms, and these new pre-drilled revolver sights will make installation much easier for owners of these S&W and Ruger revolvers,” said Jeff King, marketing manager for XS Sights.
XS Sights pre-drilled Sights are available for the following guns:
- Green or orange front sights for Smith & Wesson K- and L-frame revolvers in .38 Spl./.357 Mag.
