Winchester Safes has just introduced its new Grand American gun safe, a large 1,800-pound top-of-the-line model with the capacity to hold 60 guns and a double door design.

This large safe provides plenty of interior space and is meant for both the serious collector or enthusiast. It’s available with either a black or flat dark earth powder coat finish and features a patriotic graphic of the American flag, the Winchester logo and the timeless phrase “We The People” from the United States Constitution.

Internally, the Winchester Safes Grand American is organized with various shelving units, as well as the ingenious and space-saving Gunstixx storage solution sticks. These consist of coated vertically hanging coated roads that slip over the muzzle and into the bore of a rifle or shotgun to help it stay upright without having to lean over any rack at an angle. This translates into the ability to safely and securely hold more firearms over the same amount of surface area without any risk of collisions or rubbing up against each other. For convenience, the Winchester Safes Grand American is also has interior LED lighting.

For fire protection, the Grand American has a 60-minute fire rating at 1,400 degrees Fahrenheit and is built with 10-gauge steel. It also has a Palusol heat-expanding door seal. The locking mechanism consists of a UL Listed SecurAm electronic lock with an integrated digital keypad.

"As firearm ownership continues to grow, so does the importance of secure storage options that don’t compromise on quality or design," said Greg Walters, VP Sales and Marketing at Winchester Safes. "The Grand American represents our commitment to delivering the most secure and sophisticated safes on the market.”

The Winchester Safes Grand American Safe retails for $4,999. To learn more about this safe or other residential security products offered by Winchester Safes, visit winchestersafes.com.
