Created to the exacting demands of the U.S. Special Operations Command, the new RMR HRS red-dot sight from Trijicon is the same model used by some of our most elite troops, available now at your local Trijicon dealer.
The Trijicon RMR HDS was the winner of the USSOCOM Miniature Aiming System – Day Optic requirement for the Naval Surface Warfare Center and features an anodized brown finish. This unique finish is included to reduce the profile of the sight, providing a less-obvious visual indicator for combat environments. The sight has audible and tactile windage and elevation adjustments which allow for fast and easy zeroing without other special tools or devices.
Every RMR HRS also has all the features of the RMR Type 2, like electronics that are designed to bolster durability and performance in the most punishing environments and battery contacts which increase reliability under harsh use and stiff recoil. The RMR Type 2 design also features a patented housing shape that absorbs impacts and diverts stresses away from the lens to increase durability.
Each RMR HRS has an adjustable 3.25 MOA LED red dot and features a button lockout feature which prevents accidental adjustment of any of the settings. The sight also has a battery conservation setting which will adjust the brightness of the surrounding area after it’s been left running for 16.5 hours.
The RMR HRS is compatible with all existing pistol mounts for Trijicon RMR red dot optic, allowing it to be used with a wide variety of optics-ready pistols and other firearms. The RMR HRS has an MSRP of $739, and more information about the sight is available at trijicon.com.
