SIG Sauer Romeo 9T Optic

SIG Sauer has just launched the new Romeo 9T electronic red-dot sight. While many modern red-dot sights are compatible for both daytime and night-vision shooting, the new Romeo 9T is an advanced optical sight optimized to be compatible with both daytime use and night-vision equipment. The new Romeo 9T is also equipped with both green and red emitters and offers the end user two distinct aiming points in the same reticle. This feature could be useful when shooting either different loads of the same caliber and/or switching between suppressed and unsuppressed fire, as these can lead to shifts in your point-of-impact. Furthermore, when SIG Sauer developed the Romeo 9T it did so with the versatile .300 BLK rifle cartridge in mind. The optic has a 1-MOA red dot with user-selectable 65-MOA circle and a 2.5-MOA green dot, allowing users of the Romeo 9T to transition from subsonic to supersonic seamlessly with two discreet aiming points.

Use cases for dual aiming points:

  • Changes in ammo such as 300 BLK supersonic and subsonic
  • Caliber exchange kits
  • Suppressed and unsuppressed use
  • Different zero distances
  • Standard zero and CQB zero

The Romeo 9T allows users to quickly toggle between two independently zeroed emitters, specifically designed and tuned for passive night vision operation while minimizing downrange signature.

SIG Sauer Romeo 9T Features

  • Dual (red and green) independently zeroed emitters
  • Designed and tuned for passive night-vision performance, including night-vision-override control
  • Proprietary optical design mitigates downrange light signature
  • 50,000-hour runtime and 10-hour reserve without battery
  • Titanium shroud and mounting hardware
  • IPX8 Waterproof and fog-proof performance
  • Tested to MIL-810-STD
  • Assembled in the U.S.
