Rock River Arms has just released a new semi-automatic large format tactical AR-10-pattern rifle with a mid-length gas system that’s chambered in 7.62 NATO using a 16-inch barrel with a 1:10-inch-twist rifling. This heavier caliber AR-308 rifle is also outfitted with other accessories such as a factory standard Rock River Arms two stage match trigger, a Rock River adjustable NSP-2 stock, a 13-inch lightweight freefloat M-Lok handguard and a Hogue beavertail grip.
The Rock River Arms BT3 Operator ETR rifle is built with a billet machined upper and lower receiver set which has unique contouring in addition to a cut out around the magazine well allowing the user to have extra surface area so you can easily remove empty magazines under adverse conditions. Keeping reliability in mind, the upper receiver also has a traditional forward assist to help seat the bolt carrier in the locked position. The well-ventilated lightweight M-Lok rail also has a short section of M1913 Picatinny rail at the front in the 6 o-clock position for use with bipods and prone shooting
