Riton hunting optics

Riton has expanding the scopes offered in its Primal line of optics, which is focused on hunting and other outdoor pursuits. The new 5 Primal 2-12x44 IR and 3 Primal 3-15x44 LW (lightweight) offer unique and focused scopes for hunters and outdoor enthusiasts of all types, in almost any landscape.

The 5 Primal 2-12x44 IR has the Riton RDH reticle, a clean, open reticle with an illuminated dot in the center. Six illumination levels allow the shooter to find the illumination setting that works best for their conditions and off position between each level means it is easy to save battery life. The 6X optical system allows shooters to react quickly with low magnifications to opportunities that are close in, but still has enough magnification to make those longer shots when they present themselves.

The 3 Primal 3-15x44 LW is a great solution for anyone who prioritizes weight management in the field. The 30mm chassis weighs less than 21 ounces when ready for action, and the XRP (Extended Range Plex) reticle provides several holdover aiming points for taking those longer shots that are sometimes needed to fill a tag.

“Riton has a solid background and standing with the long-range and tactical markets. It’s very much where we made our name,” said Trent Marsh, Marketing Director at Riton. “Our goal for fall 2024, was to bring new, exciting options to the hunting market with the lessons we’ve learned in other segments. Riton may be a new name to some hunters, but these two new scopes show we know how to build optics for our fall pursuits,” he concluded.

Both the 3 Primal 3-15x44 LW and the 5 Primal 2-12x44 IR come with flip up lens covers, lens cloth, allen wrench and a CR2032 battery installed. MSRP for the 3 PRIMAL 3-15×44 LW is $749.99, and MSRP for the 5 Primal 2-12x44 IR is $849.99.
