The sub compact 9mm pistol market has really taken off in recent years. Small, easy to conceal and easy to carry, they have become popular with people who are looking to maximize their defensive firepower with a minimal footprint.

The new Pro9 pistol from Honor Defense fits nicely into that trend of small 9 mm handguns with larger capacity magazines. With two 10-round magazines, the The Pro9 offers higher capacity than the other pistols in the Honor Defense line, as well as new gold flat tactical trigger for better trigger feel. The slide of the pistol is ported and is also highlighted. The pistol will be available with both a 3.8 inch compact and a 3.2 inch sub-compact 3.2 inch barrel.

“We already have orders for the Pro9 and are reaching out to our top distributors and dealers for shipments starting in April,” says Gary Ramey, the President of Honor Defense. “The development of Honor Defense pistols has been guided by professionals from law enforcement, military, and civilian training. Every model we make is fully ambidextrous, featuring only U.S.-made parts and are +P-proofed.”

In addition to this, the Pro 9 pistol will have a polished stainless-steel chassis with a crowned barrel which delivers the same award-winning accuracy as the rest of the Honor Defense line of pistols. The sights for the Pro 9 are compatible with sights for the Glock 42 and 43, and the magazine of the Pro9 can be extended with Hyve magazine extensions for added capacity.

Like all Honor Defense pistols, the Pro9 will be 100% manufactured and assembled by veterans in the USA. The Pro 9 is backed by Honor Defense’s lifetime warranty, and for added safety, no trigger pulls or tools are needed for disassembly.
