Beretta, a well known and respected name in the shotgun world, has launched a new tactical offering for 2023. The A300 Ultima Patrol features a complete and smartly executed design and is engineered to complete consumers' tactical arsenal, whether used by law enforcement or by armed citizens.
“Beretta USA is excited to announce the launch of the A300 Ultima Patrol shotgun- a new fully featured Law Enforcement and defensive shotgun made here in the USA. We are excited because it introduces a new Angular Gas System (AGS) that allows the gun to hold more ammunition and expands the applications we can design shotguns for,” said Logan Killam, Shotgun Product Manager for Beretta USA.
Several features set this shotgun apart, including enlarged controls, with a larger bolt release, bolt handle and loading port. There is also a large, easy to reach manual safety to aid in quick deployment. At just 7.1 pounds, the A300 Patrol is a light, balanced shotgun that is easily wielded by most people. The 13-inch long stock aids in maneuverability in tight spots and is easy to transport, and the fore end also features a slimmer silhouette.
The A300 Patrol has textured grips, aggressive enough to keep slipping to a minimum and to aid in control. A 7-slot 1913 Picatinny mounting rail accommodates most optics and sits in front of the modular ghost ring rear sight that teams up with an interchangeable front sight post.
Adding to the package are three QD-sling mounting positions for flexibility and comfort in carry as well as M-Lok barrel clamp and an M-Lok fore end. Black, gray and tiger-stripe camo Cerakote versions are available.
