Magazines for the AR-15 come in all shapes and sizes. From five-round capacity magazines designed to maintain compliance with various hunting regulations to 10-round magazines that are compliant with state laws, to the standard 20- and 30-round capacity magazines we all know and love, there is an AR-15 magazine for almost every occasion.

Now keeping your AR-15 topped up is a little bit easier with American Tactical, Inc. offering  an updated model of their popular Schmeisser S60 Polymer 60-round magazine. American Tactical is known for making value-priced AR-15s and other AR accessories, and the updated S60 magazine is said to make one of their most-popular items even better.

American Tactical, Inc., in partnership with German arms manufacturer, Schmeisser GmbH, has been the exclusive importer and distributor of the Schmeisser S60 60-round AR-15 magazine. The patented stick-style magazine is made from glass reinforced polymer and has a unique follower system that allows for double capacity from a normal AR magazine without being overly bulky or cumbersome.

The updated Schmeisser S60 now features a side window so you can see your ammo status as you shoot as well as a last round bolt hold open that is integrated in the follower. Designed to shoot both .223 & 5.56, the Schmeisser S60 will give you an instant capacity upgrade over the standard AR mag at an affordable price for your AR carbine or pistol. While the Schmeisser S60 will work with both .223 and 5.56 ammunition, it is not designed for use with .300 BLK, and should not be loaded with that ammo or used with firearms that shoot .300 BLK.

MSRP for the Schmeisser S60 magazine with window is MSRP is $79.95., and more details about this product as well other gear from American Tactical is available at AmericanTactical.us.
