17 Round Hellcat Pro Magazine

The Springfield Armory Hellcat turned the gun world on its head when it was first introduced. A micro-compact pistol with a class-leading magazine capacity, it was soon followed by the Hellcat Pro, a slightly larger pistol with an even larger magazine capacity of up to 15 rounds. The Hellcat Pro has the performance of a larger handgun yet is still easy to conceal and carry, making it very useful for EDC (everyday carry) and a popular choice for people looking to carry a defensive firearm wherever possible.

Now Springfield Armory is launching a new magazine for the Hellcat Pro family of 9mm pistols, expanding the magazine capacity of this pistol to 17 rounds, with a minimal increase in overall height.

The new Hellcat Pro 17-round magazine is offered with either black or Desert FDE (Flat Dark Earth) extended basepads that conform to the contours of the Hellcat Pro’s grip frame and feature the same Adaptive Grip Texture as the pistol. The rear of the magazine has numbered witness holes that allow you to check the status of your magazines with a glance, and the magazine itself is made from polished stainless steel for snag-free reloads. The result of all of this is a seamlessly integrated extended magazine that enhances both ergonomics and ammunition capacity.

“At its launch in early 2022, the Hellcat Pro quickly established itself as a pre-eminent 9mm EDC pistol for discerning users,” says Steve Kramer, Vice President of Marketing for Springfield Armory. “And with the addition of this new 17-round magazine, it has the benefit of even more capacity in a still extremely concealable package.”

MSRP for both the black and Desert FDE versions of the 17-round Hellcat Pro magazines is $42.99. For more information on these magazines as well as other products from Springfield Armory, please visit springfield-armory.com.
