At long last, Wilson Combat is offering its homemade ammunition commercially. Every load was selected by Bill Wilson himself, and Wilson Combat has wisely chosen good bullets to load in both the handgun and rifle ammunition it offers. The .380 ACP load is no exception. It utilizes a 90-grain Hornday XTP bullet. XTP bullets are tough and offer reliable expansion and deep penetration. Though they may not expand as wide as some other bullets, they are reliable performers. You'd be hard pressed to find a .380 ACP load that uses an expanding bullet and penetrates any deeper than this one.
