Springfield Armory's Ronin Operator 1911 family just got a new addition with a 10 mm variant. The new Ronin Operator in 10 mm features the same forged slide and frame as the original Ronin Operators and is equipped with a 5-inch barrel.

Pairing classic styling with modern features, the new 10 mm features a forged stainless steel frame and carbon steel slide with hot salt bluing, as well as crossed cannon logo and checkered grips. The two-tone design is accented by the red wood grips, giving shooters an incredibly well built handgun with plenty of aesthetic appeal.

The Ronin Operator comes with a single magazine (base pad included) and 8+1 capacity. Its features are standard for the 1911, including thumb and grip safeties, lefthand-side mag release, and slide serrations at the fore and aft of the slide for easy manipulation.

The handgun has a height of 8.6 inches and weighs in at 40 ounces (unloaded). Like the previous models of Ronin Operators, the 10 mm variant features fiber optic front with tactical rack white dot rear sights, as well as Gen 2 Speed Trigger.

“The Ronin series of pistols—offered in 9 mm and .45 ACP, and now 10 mm—have proven to be extremely popular with 1911 enthusiasts due to their impressive quality, forged strength and durability, and exceptional features,” explains Steve Kramer, Vice President of Marketing for Springfield Armory. “With the addition of the 10mm chambering, the Ronin family now has even more to offer.”

With this new addition to the Ronin line, 1911 fans have a powerful and capable 10 mm pistol that combines classic styling, forged strength for a lifetime of service, and cutting-edge performance.
