LaserLyte's redesigned Universal Bore Sight is 50 percent smaller than the previous design, which makes it easy to use on nearly any style of firearm, provided that the gun has at least a 3-inch barrel.

The bore sight itself comes with a number of caliber-fitting systems that fit over the back end of the device. The three caliber-fitting tools give users the capability to accurately seat the bore sight in bore sizes ranging from .22 to .50 caliber.

The bore sight itself is constructed from a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminum and features a 5mW red laser powered by three 393 batteries. Total run time for three batteries is 1.5 hours running constantly. At night, the laser can be seen at a distance of 500 yards.

The Bore Sight Accessory Kit gives bore sight owners every tool needed to sight in a rifle, and even comes with 12 extra batteries to give users a total run time of 7.5 hours. The kit includes a scope/gun leveler that diffuses the laser beam and provides a level to match against scope crosshairs. The kit also includes a shotgun adapter that facilitates the use of the bore sight in gauges from 12-20. In addition, a .51-75-caliber bore adapter is included, along with a reflective daylight target for easy sight-in.

The LaserLyte Universal Bore Sight retails at a suggested price of $64.95. The accessory kit can be purchased at a suggested price of $34.95.
