Gatorz Glasses, the high-end American eyewear company best known for manufacturing extremely durable and protective sunglasses with aluminum frames for shooters, law enforcement and military personnel has recently launched a new pair of sunglasses with the introduction of the Gatorz Sentix. Inspired by fan favorites like the Marauder and Delta, the Sentix features a sleek six-base, wraparound design that delivers broad lens coverage without bulk. Its slim, helmet-friendly profile means it fits just as well under a lid as it does behind the wheel or at a rooftop bar.

Gatorz designs the Sentix as a crossover frame that is designed to be both functional and sharp-looking in any type of environment. Sentix pairs are built with Gatorz signature billet-aluminum construction with an applied Cerakote finish and feature premium-grade TruRay lenses. In addition, Sentix glasses use Gatorz Ghost flexible temples and adjustable nosepieces for all-day comfort. Another signature feature of Gatorz glasses that is also built into the Sentix line are snug-fitting temples that hug the wearer’s head in order to fit under a helmet or tactical hearing protection.

Like many of Gatorz eyewear, pricing varies by the style of lens that is chosen. In the case of the new Sentix, these frames can be purchased with non-polarized lenses, polarized-lenses, polarized/ballistic rated and photochromic ballistic rated lenses. Retail pricing for Sentix frames starts at $160 and ranges all the way to $310. Sentix frame colors are available in either Cerakote black or Cerakote tan depending on models.

“The Sentix is for people who don’t want to swap gear when they swap environments,” said Scott Sorensen, Head of Marketing at Gatorz. “It performs in the field but looks just as sharp on the street. This is the evolution of performance eyewear.”
