Centurion Arms recently announced the release of M-LOK and KeyMod versions of the company's CMR handguards. It has pre-production units available, and expect production to begin shortly. Production units will have quick detach (QD) attachment points in the front and rear.

Centurion’s original CMR rails are known for their slim profile and directly attaching accessories. Now with M-LOK and KeyMod, you can directly attach accessories as needed.

The model shown is a 15-inch M-LOK handguard, with a 13-inch variant also offered. More lengths will follow, and both M-LOK and KeyMod versions will be available. Centurion Arms will also make rail covers as well as other accessories down the line.

Monty LeClair of Centurion Arms told us that he’s a big fan of spanner wrenches, which explains the barrel nut that the CMR has come with to date. But he’s fielded a number of complaints from folks who don’t share that perspective. The new rails will feature barrel nuts that accept a standard castle nut wrench, a ubiquitous presence in armorer’s toolkits.

MSRP will be $240 for the 15 inch rail and $230 for the 13 inch version.
